Complaint Regarding Product Appearance
If you have any objections regarding the appearance of our product (e.g.: tearing of the bag or foil, condition of the pallet), you have the opportunity to submit your complaint within 15 days of receiving the product by filling out the following notification form. Upon online submission, you will automatically receive a confirmation to the provided email address.
Please prepare the following documents electronically:
- Verified delivery note
- Damage assessment report, if you wish to make a compensation claim (download)
